Participation policy

You acknowledge and agree that Dakota STEAM does not guaranty any particular result in connection with the Activities and specifically that participation in the Activities does not guaranty any level of academic success for your Minor Child or the attainment of any particular skillset.

By allowing your Minor Child to participate in the Activities offered at Dakota STEAM, you agree and acknowledge that such participation naturally involves risk of injury, whether your Minor Child or someone else causes it. Specific risks vary and the risks range from minor injuries to major injuries, such as catastrophic injuries. You understand that some of the Activities may involve physical activities, walking, hiking, structured play -- both indoor an outdoor, exposure to the natural elements, including severe and unpredictable weather, exposure to chemicals and chemical reactions during science experiments, and the inherent dangers of playgrounds and play equipment.
